    Ordering from Jendco was a great decision. The customer service was absolutely fantastic. Laura reached out to me very shortly after I placed my order for the harness to confirm details and accommodate my situation. She nailed it and I will be confidently ordering from Jendco again. The Falltech harness I ordered from Jendco is the most comfortable and sensible harness I’ve worn. All of the hardware works smoothly, all of the material is in great condition, the quality of workmanship in making the harness shows very well by how crisp, tight, and tidy, the details on the whole harness are. The small/medium fit is a right on the money (5’10” at 180lbs, slim). My job requires that I am in and out of a scissor lift, connecting steel rafters and purlins, building and getting onto a roof to carry and install long sheets of sheet metal, lifting and carrying and swinging and all the things. This harness feels like it wants to stay out of the way so I can comfortable and confidently focus on the work and not on restrictions of movement. I have zero buyer’s remorse and will very likely purchase the same harness when the time comes.
