The Arsenal 5711 Bucket Truck Tool Board with 2” Locking Aerial Bucket Hooks Kit is a multifunctional tool storage, organization and tethering solution designed for work in aerial buckets, lifts and other mobile elevated work platforms (MEWPs). With multiple grommets and 3 straps, it can be securely hung from bucket hooks or affixed to railings—maximizing space in compact work areas by keeping gear up off the floor and out of the way. Unlike lineman tool boards, this board is designed with easily accessible drop-tested D-rings for securely tethering tools to prevent dangerous dropped objects.

This durable aerial tool apron is made from water-resistant tarpaulin and also features a detachable roll-up rain cover to keep tools dry and protected in harsh conditions. A padded nylon carrying handle makes for easy transport to and from the jobsite.

LOCKING BUCKET HOOK

The ANSI-rated locking aerial bucket hook features a self-locking hook, an interior hook and an enclosed tethering point to save space and prevent dropped objects when working in cramped buckets. Simply clip to the bucket lip for safe anchoring of buckets, bags, aprons and tool lanyards. The self-locking outer hook with thumb release is designed for ease of use while providing the utmost security for tool storage and tethering. The self-locking gate automatically locks when weight from a bucket, bag or other load is applied, preventing unintentional opening. Once pulled up to unlock, the gate will release and push the gear toward the opening for easy removal. Large tabs make for simple one-handed use, while the vibrant orange color allows workers to easily identify whether the gate is locked or not.

ADDITIONAL TETHERING POINT

In addition to the primary locking hook, this aerial bucket tool features an enclosed tethering point at the bottom for additional tool tethering. It also features an open-ended interior hook for hanging aprons, tool boards or other gear—keeping them up and off the bucket floor.

POCKETS

This bucket truck tool board features 8 various sized pockets, including 1 pocket with 6 wrench slots, 1 pocket with a magnetic bar closure for small hardware and 1 pocket with 3 screwdriver slots (designed for compatibility with Squids 3740 slips). The other pockets can be used for small hand tools and other gear. For even more tool storage and organization, it also features 1 hammer holster, 1 drill holster and 2 long side holsters for spuds and sleever bars.

ANCHORING & TETHERING

8 large grommets provide workers with versatile options for securely anchoring the board to bucket hooks as well as tethering tool lanyards. 8 drop-tested d-rings strategically placed near pockets allow for easy tethering and storing without having to clip and unclip tools.

Board is compliant to 50lbs // 22.6kg static hold (total weight), 8lbs // 3.6kg (grommets) and 3lbs // 1.4kg (d-rings) with a 2:1 safety factor to prevent falling objects. Maximum tether length is 4ft // 1.2m. Bucket hook is compliant to 40lbs // 18.14kg static hold with a 5:1 safety factor and 7lbs // 3.2kg dynamic drop with a multi-drop safety factor to prevent falling objects.
